What to bring
Gather this first, and the appointment is short.
You do not need to have all of this before you call — the list just makes the meeting efficient. If something is missing, Krystal will tell you what she can work without.

Anything bought for the business that may need to be handled over more than one year.
Setting up, not filing yet
Starting a business instead?
For EIN, DUNS, UEI, incorporation, tradelines, or a structure review, you do not need a stack of documents — you need to answer a few questions about what the business does and who owns it.
Bring to that conversation
- The business name you want to use, and any alternates
- What the business will sell, and to whom
- Who the owners are, and how much each will hold
- Whether you will hire anyone or work with contractors
- Whether you are pursuing government or corporate contracts
Questions about what you need? Ask before you gather anything.
